Suggest a better description1. Brown ground beef, sausage, onions and bell pepper and drain well.
2. In a saucepan combine tomato soup, spaghetti sauce, water and Italian seasoning and stir well.
3. Bring to a boil stirring occasionally.
4. Reduce to simmer and add ground beef, sausage, onions and peppers to pan.
5. Cook uncovered for 15-20 minutes.
6. Remove from heat and stir in pepperoni, mushrooms and all other toppings of choice.
7. Add shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until melted.
8. Serve topped with parmesan cheese.
