Also known as Stonehenge slab in Chronicle newspaper in July 2013 as served on March 8 at the Devilfish Public House in Chehalis. Originally called for Greek flatbread but couldn't find this so just baked a regular pizza dough.
Put water, olive oil, salt, sugar, flour, yeast in bread machine. Start cycle to make dough.
After dough is made divide dough into thirds. Spread each third onto a round pizza pan.
Bake pizza dough in 375F oven til lightly brown, about 10-15 minutes.
Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, sour cream mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper in blender and blend til smooth. Place approximately 1 cup (this needs to be measured to see if this really is the right amount to put on) on cooked pizza dough.
On top of spread place chicken, green onion, tomato, mozzarella cheese (again, these weren't measured the first time so for accuracy of nutrition these need to be measured and this recipe adjusted).
Bake in 375F oven til cheese is bubbly.
