Suggest a better description1. Heat Dutch Oven to medium and melt butter. Saute onions.
2. Add flour to make a roux and cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
3. Whisk in consomme and stir until smooth and slightly thickened.
4. Bring to full boil and add tomatoes, Kitchen Bouquet, bouillon cube and pepper.
5. Simmer for 25 minutes.
6. Add vegetables and ground steak. Simmer until everything is hot.
