Suggest a better description1. Combine milk, onion, crackers & seasoned salt.
2. Crumble beef over mixture & mix well.
3. With wet hands, shape into 1 inch balls.
4. Brown meatballs in large skillet over medium heat. Remove & keep warm.
5. Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Set pineapple aside. Add enough water to juice to measure 1 cup.
6. In a bowl, combine custard, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice & brown sugar, stirring until smooth.
7. Add mixture to the skillet. Bring to a boil, cook & stir for 2 minutes or until thickened.
8. Add meatballs to sauce in skillet. Reduce heat, cover & simmer for 15 minutes.
9. Add pineapple, heat through.
