Massage prawns until they become flat with no curve
Thread prawns onto bamboo skewers
Heat oil to moderate in a medium sized pot and add popcorn kernels; place a lid over the top; turn down the heat; allow five minutes for all the popcorn to pop.
Place popcorn in a blender and blend to a powder
Combine the popcorn with the parsley and sumac
Grill the prawns in a flat pan until they turn red all over; brush with the aioli while warm
To finish roll the prawn in the popcorn mixture and serve
