1. Melt coconut oil in saucepan or deep fryer so it is 1/2 inch deep
2. Place whisked eggs in large bowl
3. In another large bowl combine coconut flour and seasoning
4. Drop handful of shrimp into whisked eggs and mix until fully coated
5. Take shrimp out and place into seasoning bowl until fully coated
6. Place coated shrimp into hot oil and fry until golden -- Don't stir the pot -- Don't place too many shrimp in pot at one -- Make sure all shrimp touching the oil
7. Use slotted spoon to remove shrimp and place on paper towels to absorb extra oil
8. Repeat for the rest of the shrimp -- Change out the oil if too many solids in it
9. Cool for 10 minutes and the outside is crisp
