Preheat oven to 425. beat eggs till lemon colored. slowly and 1/2 cup on milk and beat till mixed. slowly add dry ingredients and beat until well mixed. add remaining milk. beat until batter is smooth and the thickness of heavy cream. pour batter into well greased popover pan filling the cups half full. Bake at 425 for 15 min. without opening oven door drop temp. to 350 and bake 15-20 min.
