Suggest a better descriptionSeason pork with pepper. Combine applesauce and sage on a plate, coat schnitzels on both sides. Place into breadcrumbs to cover schnitzels and refrigerate 30 minutes. Heat oil and shallow fry (about 2 to 3 minutes each side) until golden. Serve with potato and celery salad and mixed salad greens. This recipe has been developed in accordance with National Heart Foundation Dietary Guidelines. NOTES : Preparation time: 10 minutes + 30 minutes chilling time. Pork cooking time: 6 minutes.
