Pork Chop Casserole
Salt and Pepper chops, spread a thin coat of mustard on chops then flour well. Place chops in baking dish, cover with soup and 1/2 can of water and cook covered for 1 hour at 350. (I usually brine my pork prior to cooking) Serve with rice or noodles.
