Pork chop in tomato sauce
1. Dry pork chops with a paper towel
2. Season both sides with salt, pepper and garlic powder
3. Heat olive oil in skillet on medium
4. Brown pork chops on each side
5. Add tomato sauce, water, salt garlic powder, bat leaves, oregano and red pepper flakes to taste
6. Stir, cover and simmer (about 45 minutes to 1 hour) until pork is fork tender
7. Uncover and simmer until sauce is thickened (about 15 minutes)
