Toss potatoes in bowl with 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Place potatoes on a rimmed baking sheet, cut side down, and roast for 10 minutes
Toss broccoli with 3 tablespoons oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt
Add broccoli to baking sheet and roast about 20 minutes until vegetables are tender and browned
Preheat air fryer to 380 degrees
Spray baking dish with Pam
Spray pork chops with oil and season with usual seasonings
Cook chops about 6 minutes on each side until temperature reaches 140 degrees and place on plates
In a saucepan add broth, 1 tablespoon garlic and cream and cook over medium high heat until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes
Stir in mustard, lemon juice and any accumulated pork juices from bakin dish into sauce
Serve sauce over chops
