Suggest a better descriptionMix together the first 8 ingredients and rub on pork shoulder cut into softball size pieces, place in to two pyrex pans.
Place half of the bay leaves, stock and OJ in each pan and cover with foil.
Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 3-4 hours turning the pork pieces every 1-1.5 hours. When the pork falls apart, remove pan juices, shred pork with forks, put a cup or two of the pan juices back in, and crisp up the shredded pork in the oven.
