Suggest a better description1. Marinate the pork in the paprika with a little olive oil
2. Fry the shallot, garlic and mushrooms in a little olive oil, until the mushrooms are golden, then add the wine. Bring to the boil, add the pork, cover and cook until the pork is cooked through.
3. Stir in the mustard and cook for a minute before adding the creme fraiche, increase the heat and bring to the boil, then remove from the heat and stir through the chopped parsley.
4. Serve with fluffy boiled rice.
