Suggest a better descriptionCombine all marinade ingredients (reserve 2-3T). Place pork & marinade in ziplock bag & marinade 3-4 hours. Preheat oven to 350. In hot skillet over med-hi sear each side of pork 2-3 min. Place In oven & cook 30-40min. Til 160 degrees. Let rest 5 min. Before slicing. Meanwhile place skillet on med heat, add broth & scrape up all browned pieces. Add reserved marinade & boil down for 2-3 min. Add butter, remove from hear, stir til melted down. Pour over pork.
