Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 385 degrees. Heat bacon in dutch oven over medium heat until fat begins to melt. Mix in butter, paprika, onions and saute for 5 mins. Toss in cilantro, parsely, garlic and bay leaf, stir to combine.
Add chicken pieces, turn to coat, and finish skin-side down. Add chourico pieces. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes until chicken has browned. Turn chicken pieces, cook 5 mins more. Pour in white wine, bring to a boil. Cover with lid and put in oven for 1 hour
Take off lid, cook 15 mins more to brown chicken.
