Heat evoo in large saucepan on high.
Add kielbasa and cook 2-4 minutes. Stir frequently.
Add mushrooms and cook ~ 2 minutes. Stir frequently.
Add garlic, leeks, and kale. Cook 3-4 minutes or until soft. Stir frequently.
Add beans, tomatoes, chicken broth. Bring to boil. Decrease heat to medium and cook ~30 minutes.
Add ground pepper to taste.
