Suggest a better descriptionMix flour and seasoning salt into zip lock bag. Add meat and cover meat with flour. Put oil into dutch oven and heat. When it is hot put in roast and brown on all sides. Move dutch oven to table with briquettes, with 8 on the bottom and fill perimeter of lid with briquettes. Add mushroom soup, sprinkle onion soup over top, and add 1/2 cup water and cook for 1-1/2 hours then add vegetables. Cook for another hour or until vegetables are done and meat reads 150 - 160 degrees
