Coat roast with steak rub/onion soup mix
Wash carrots and potatoes
Chop carrots into approximately 3" sections
Chop onion into 1/4" wide rings
Add carrots, onions, and potatoes to crockpot
Set crockpot on low and cook for approximately 8 hours.
