Somptueux potage aux carottes et patates douces "with a little twist" de gingembre.
Facile, rapide, santé... Délicieux
1- Faire revenir l'oignon dans le beurre pendant 3 minutes.
2- Ajouter les carottes, les patates douces, le gingembre et le bouillon. Amener à ébullition et mijoter pendant 20 à 25 minutes.
3- Ajouter le curcuma, sel et poivre.
4- Mettre le tout dans le mélangeur (tout en ajoutant le lait) et mélanger jusqu'à l'obtention d'un potage.
