Small potatoes pan fried from raw in coriander and cumin, with courgettes and two fresh herbs : coriander and parsley
Coriander and cumin seeds crushed and warmed up in a pan with olive oil. Add the quartered potatoes. 25 mins to cook through, crisp on outside, firm and cooked on the inside. Separately cook the courgette. Mix together with the fresh herbs and Kalamari olives.
