This is a simple, classic recipe used by my family for the past 3 generations.
Cook potatoes whole in covered saucepan for 25-30 minutes or until tender; drain well, let cool, peel and cube. Transfer to a large bowl, , add celery, onion, sweet pickle relish and sliced olives. In a separate bowl, combine remaining ingredients and and add to potatoes mixture. Toss to coat, cover and chill.
