Suggest a better descriptionSimmer potatoes till tender. Prepare dressing by putting all ingredients into bowl large enough to hold potatoes and whisk dressing till smooth. When potatoes are ready, drain. When barely cool enough to handle, peel off the skins. Slice thickly. Put directly into the large bowl with the
dressing and toss lightly. Add herbs, spring onions, and chives straight away. Serve warm.
