Bake potatoes rubbed in salt.
Large pot add: broth, onion salt, pepper, and water -simmer for 20 minutes
In small pot melt butter and mix in flour - slowly add to broth
Add heavy cream to thicken.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Add potato chunks, bring to temp (5 minutes) and serve
Garnish: Bacon bits and cheese blend
