Suggest a better descriptionIn a 12" skillet or Dutch oven, bring 3 cups water to boiling. Add potatoes; return to boiling. Reduce heat; cook, covered, over medium heat for 8 minutes. Drain, return to pan. Add oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook, uncovered, for 10 - 12 minutes or till tender and brown, stirring occasionally.
Roasting Directions: In a greased 13x9x2" baking dish arrange raw potatoes. In a bowl stir together oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Pour over potatoes; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, in a 450 degree oven about 25 minutes or till brown and tender.
