Seamfrøene og peanøttene kjøres pulver
Alt bortsett fra frøene skal småkoke i 15 min. Kjør så salsaen i en blender og sil blandingen gjennom et dørslag. Kok opp og tilsett sesam og peanøttblandingen. Rør og la det koke noen minutter. Til slutt tilsettes de malte gresskarkjernene. Gi salsaen et siste oppkok når den er ferdig.

Bland ingrediensene i en bolle og stek blandingen i 2 ss olje på medium varme til potetene er møre.
