Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Boil Chicken in seasoned water. Reserve 1 cup chicken broth. Skin and debone chicken and cut into pieces. Steam broccoli. Layer chicken and broccoi in a 9 x 13 casserole.
Mix soup, mayo, broth, sherry, lemon juice and curry powder. Stir until blended. Pour sauce over chicken and broccoli. Cover with shredded cheese then with buttered bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
Great served over rice.
