This shrimp dish is buttery, garlic with just a little kick from the Old Bay.
In a large skillet over medium high, add the olive oil and melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for a few seconds (10-15). Add prawns and cook until just pink through. While they are cooking season with the old Bay Seasoning and Sugar. Once just barely cooked, squeeze lemon juice over, cook briefly, stirring then serve over rice or just by itself as an appetizer with toothpicks.
If it looks too dry during cooking, add more butter/olive oil.
