Healthy pancakes, High in Protein!!
Step 1: Blend all the ingredients until a batter forms. Pour into hot frying pan.
Step 2: Flip when the edges start browning and bubble start to form.
Step 3: Serve with a tablespoon of natural peanut butter smeared over top or with a handful of almonds on the side.
Frying Pan should not be so hot that it burns the batter. Take a little extra time and you will be rewarded by a better tasting meal.
