Big hit for fall breakfast

Preheat waffle iron.
Combine first 5 dry ingredients together through cinnamon in a bowl.
Combine seven ingredients through egg yolks in a blender (do not add the whites!). Puree until smooth, about 1-2 minutes.
Place egg whites in a medium bowl and whisk by hand or machine util soft peaks form.
Mix wet ingredients with dry. Do to over mix. Fold in egg whites.
Spoon mixture into preheated waffle iron. Cook until steam has nearly disappeared and golden brown.
