Suggest a better descriptionBrown sausage and set aside. Sautee mushrooms and onions in butter. Combine sausage, mushroom mixture, water chestnuts, soy sauce, sour cream, salt and pepper and toss lightly. Pour into lightly buttered 3 qt. casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. This can be made in advance and refrigerated before baking.
