Suggest a better description1. Heat oil and add the ural dal, red chilli, tamarind. Fry till the urad dal starts to turn light red. Set aside.
2. In the same pan, add the cleaned mint leaves and saute for a minute.
3. Transfer all the roasted ingredients to the mixer and grind along with coconut, asafoetida, salt and little water.
4. Serve with hot rice, drizzled with a tsp of Sesame oil and roasted appalam.
