Sift the rest of the ingredients (Flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, ground ginger, ground cloves, nutmeg, and cinnamon) and add to mixture in large bowl and stir.
Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes.

Beat cheese, butter, vanilla, and cream together until soft.
Add powdered sugar until correct consistency to spread.
