Sift the dry ingredients together. Place in a large bowl and add remaining ingredients in the order listed, mixing well. Grease a 9 x 5 x 3" loaf pan. Spoon batter into pan. Bake 75-85 minutes at 325?. Cool in pan on wire rack. When cool, remove loaf from pan. (this bread freezes well)
