This is one of my favorite holiday treats. The recipe is one of my sister's recipes - a Southern classic.
Preheat oven to 350?
In a small mixing bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin, corn syrup, vanilla, cinnamon and salt. Mix well. Pour into pie shell. Top with pecans. Bake about 40 min. or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Chill, top with ice cream, whipped cream or your favorite topping.
Great taste and super simple to make.
