CAKE
Line jelly roll pan with waxed paper. Pour batter on paper. Bake 15 min at 350. Remove immediately. Flip cake onto tea towel powdered with 10 XX sugar. Pull paper off, roll cake tightly in towel and cool 1.5 hours. Unroll and spread with filling. Roll up, chill in fridge. Can be frozen.
1 small can of pumpkin will make 3 rolls.
