Put pot of water on stove. Put in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt. Bring to boil. Cook ziti.
Sauce
Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil in pan. Heat medium high for 2 minutes. Put in 1 teaspoon of rosemary. Keep on for 2 more minutes. Lower heat to simmer and try to take as much rosemary or while leaving oil. Then put heat to medium. Put in one can of pumkon and mix around for a minute. Next put in pinch of crushed pepper flakes and teaspoon of garlic. Continue mixing. Add in 1/ cup of almond milk and 1/3 cup of Parmesan cheese. Finally being up to high and mix in salt and pepper for 30 seconds. Then bring whole mixture down to off. even while off keep storing every 30 seconds.
Pasta continued
Before draining pasta take 1 cup of water out of pasta and set aside. Drain pasta. Put pasta into sauce mix with wooden spoon. When well mixed turn heat back on to low. Mix in water. Make sure only 1 cup so it is not to watery. Serve :) also be light on rosemary.
