A favorite on Thanksgiving
Cut graham crackers, pecans, and butter in large bowl until crumbly; press into 9" springform pan.
Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup of the sugar, and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing on low after each just until blended. Reserve 1 1/2 cup of plain batter.
Stir remaining 1/4 cup sugar, pumpkin, and spices into remaining batter.
Spoon half of pumpkin batter over crust; top with spoonfulls of half of the reserved plain batter.
Repeat layers.
Cut through batters with a knife several times for a marble effect.
Cover bottom of springform in foil; place pan in center of large roasting pan. Fill roasting pan halfway with water.
Bake 325* for 55 minutes or until center is almost set for silver pan; 300* for 55 minutes for dark, non-stick pan.
Turn off oven and prop door open for half an hour.
Cool; refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
