This is very easy and delicious!
Mix Cool Whip, sour cream, evaporated milk and powdered sugar. Tear angel food cake in pieces and fold into Cool Whip mixture. Mix together strawberries and jam and pour over cake mixture.
This cake looks great in a large glass bowl or punch bowl. I usually buy an angel food cake mix and bake the cake because the ready-baked ones in the store are usually smaller cakes and you need more cake in the recipe to soak up the Cool Whip.
