Blanch the spinach leaves in warm water, then put into very cold water (add ice cubes)
Add Spinach and Chilis to a food processor, blend into paste
Add Soaked Cashews, Chopped Onions and 1 Ounce of water to Food Processor, blend into paste
Add Tomatos to Food Processor, blend into a paste
Heat Oil over medium heat, Add Garlic and Ginger paste and fry for 1 minute
Add Cashews/Onion paste and fry for 3 minutes, stir constantly
Add Tomato paste and cook for 4 minutes
TURN HEAT TO LOW SETTING
Add Spinach paste and water, stir well for 1 minute
Add Water and cook for 3 minutes
Add Paneer cubes and cook for 3 minutes
Turn off heat
Sprinkle Garam Masala and Squeeze Half Lemon and serve!
