Suggest a better descriptionMelt margarine in sauce pan. Add chopped peppers and onions and saute for a few minutes. Then add quahogs and juice or clams and juice and saute a few more minutes. Remove from heat and mix in bread crumbs to proper texture...not too loose, not too thick. Add garlic and grated cheese to taste. Mix well. Put in casserole dish and bake in 350 oven for about 25 minutes.
