Ham and cheese quiche
If necessary, pre-cook the pie crust a bit to avoid it being soggy. This heavily depends on the pie dough and the oven.
Lay the pie crust and spread the diced ham on top.
Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper and cheese.
Pour on top of the ham, cover and bake in the oven (45 mins at 180 degrees Celsius but check after 30 mins)
Use bacon instead of or in addition to ham. Experiment with other fillings but remember that any uncooked vegetables will release water, so reduce the amount of milk a bit to compensate
