Suggest a better descriptionHeat oven to 400 degrees. Combine eggs, cream, salt, nutmeg, sugar and pepper. Beat to blend well. Sprinkle bottom of each tart bacon, then cheese. Fill each 3/4 full with egg mixture. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake 10 minutes at 400 then lower to 350 and bake additional 10 minutes.
Can substitute bacon for ham.
Then can be frozen and then reheated at 325 degrees.
