Suggest a better descriptionLine pie dish with pastry, lay bacon on pastry, lay cheese on bacon. Beat eggs with spices; while stirring vigorously, add 2 cups scalded milk. Pour over cheese and bacon. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes; reduced heat to 350 and bake for 25 minutes or until knife blade comes out clean when inserted half way between center and edge of pan. Use a deep pan. Yield: 6 servings. OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS: broccoli, spinach, and other vegetables may be added to mixture before baking.
