Poke lots of holes in the pie crust, especially the corners. Bake crust at 425 for 10-12 min.
Fry and drain bacon.
Lightly beat eggs. Add milk then remaining ingredients (except the parmesan). Pour into pie crust.
Top with parmesan cheese.
Bake at 325 for 45 min. Check with a knife.
Let stand for 10 min before serving.
