Quick and easy weekday Chili

Rinse the Black Beans and set aside.
Season the ground beef with salt and ground black pepper.
Heat a large frying pan to medium-high (375-400°).
Add olive oil to hot pan. Add ground beef and brown until cooked through. 4-5 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Push cooked meat to the side and toast the chili powder, cumin, and paprika on the exposed pan surface. 2-3 minutes.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and water and stir. Bring to a light boil.
Lower heat and add black beans and hot sauce. Simmer 30-40 minutes.
