Easy to whip together and always tasty!
Mix all ingredients except nuts in mixing bowl until combined. Stir in nuts or chocolate chips. Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 325 for 1 hour.
Bananas need to be over ripe. I like using the 1/2 cup of wheat flour but this can be made using 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour instead.
