Bring lentils and water to boil, then simmer
30 minutes or until lentils are soft. Move to
bowl, add vinegar and mash.
Heat oil and sauté onions for 5 minutes. Add
remaining ingredients (except quinoa flakes) and
sauté until vegetables are tender. Add sautéed
mixture and quinoa flakes to lentils. Mix well,
chill for an hour and then form into patties.
Sauté patties until heated through.
