Suggest a better description1. Cook pasta according to the package. Drain and set aside.
2. In a Dutch oven, melt butter.
3. Whisk in flour until smooth.
4. Gradually add milk and seasonings.
5. Bring to a boil, cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat.
6. Fold in sour cream until blended.
7. Add ham and pasta.
8. Cook and stir until heat through.
9. Remove from heat. Stir in Mexican cheese blend until melted.
10. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
