Filling: Mix powdered sugar with cream cheese. Make dream whip according to package directions. Fold into powdered sugar mixture. Spread over crust and refrigerate.
Top layer: Drain raspberries, add enough water to the juice to make 1.75 cups liquid. add pie filling mix to the liquid and cook until thick. Let cool and add raspberries. Put on top of middle layer.
