Makes about 1 cup.
Heat raspberries and lemon juice for 15 minutes on med heat stirring occasionally.
Skim off white foam if some appears.
Add honey, reduce heat to medium-low, cook another 10 minutes.
Will thicken as it cools. Store in fridge for 1 week or several months frozen in glass jar closed tightly.
